What Class License / DMV registration do I need?

I want to legally ride and operate a scooter. I live in California

Also, can you tell me if the license exams are hard to pass?

regular car license,but check your local dmv.

Cutie, I don’t know about the state of California. Here in Ohio, to ride a motor scooter, you need a motorcycle endorsement, on your Ohio Drivers License. They are pretty picky, here in the Buckeye State. My advice to you, is to check your local bureau of motor vehicles. They can set you straight on the requirements. Peace, Baby!
