Classes open to registration but have no seats left?

I’m trying to register for a class at a community college in Texas. At the top of my college page it says “Only courses available for registration will be shown.”
But then some of the classes have “0″ seats left, but are still listed. What would happen if I went and registered for them anyways? [...]
