What happens if you pay class fees before BOG waiver goes through?

Hi, everyone! My registration fees are due on the 20th of this month, but it states I owe 101.00
100 for class fees, and 1 dollar for student representative fee. If I pay now which I have to do, it is the 19th already, will I be reinbursed when I receive my financial aid check??

What happens if you miss the priority registration date?

I applied and got into the diablo valley college in san ramon for fall ‘09 classes and when i clicked priority registration date, it says may 18, 2009…does that mean i can’t register for classes there anymore?
