Depends on where you live, but generally speaking, cars that are of different classes would be (for example) a pick-up truck would be class 1 and a 4 door car would be class 2. Whereas a station wagon might be class 3.
It could also have something to do with the year or emmissions rating of your car. Like I said, depends on what state you live in…
