    Exposure, unless it was to a minor is not considered a sex offender offense.
    You need a decent attorney if the D.A. wants you to register as a sex offender.

    Did you show your gear to a minor?
    Why not ask?
    I am sure the judge told you.

    Depends on the state. In Phoenix, you are registered as a sex offender for exposure. I know this for a fact, because I pressed charges against someone that exposed himself to me, and he is now registered.

    Depends on the state’s list of crimes included for registration as a sex offender. Each state has its own rules.
