For downloading something, what does this mean?

I’m trying to download a free dj mixer so I can work on projects for my Media Production class at home. but, I’m just being paranoid about the Terms and Conditions.
You may copy or distribute the installation file of this software in its complete unaltered form but you may not, under any circumstances, distribute any software registration code for any of our programs without written permission from NCH Software. In the event that you do distribute a software registration code, you will be liable to pay the full purchase price for each location where the unauthorized use of code occurs.
Can you explain in plain english what that means exactly? Cause quite frankly, I’m being thick headed.
If it’s any help, it’s the free download of Zulu Virtual DJ Audio Software.
Basically it’s saying don’t take the program and manipulate it and make it your own program then turn around and sell it for profit.
Thats just the Eula (End user license agreement) stating that you can download and use this software and even give it to others, you just can’t use a cracked version or tamper with the files.
