Financial aid nightmare. What can I do?

I studied abroad last year in a country with extremely confusing registration systems and little to no support for foreign students. I ended up falling behind and ultimately completed no credits for my second term there. Now, nearly a year since I’ve been home, I’ve been informed that my school wants to give me all F’s for that term and revoke my federal financial aid for this year (all loans, which have already been disbursed).
I am totally panicking. It’s been so long since I was there that I don’t really remember what classes I took when so I don’t have any information with which I can defend my case. I just want to cry and drop out of school

Dont drop out, just think hard and gather your thought. I would write down what you can remeber. Then you need to call the Fianacial Aid line (Whoever handles it for you) I would tell them that it was confusing etc. You can only be honest and explain yourself. Honesty is the best policy and gets you further thanyou think.
