Anyone know how to fix registration problems on course compass/my math lab?

I am enrolled in an online class and I am having problems registering my access code on course compass.com It keeps saying internal system error. I have done everything form up grading to calling the company. does anyone know what else I could do?
Are you sure you have a valid registration code. The codes only last two years. If you have had the code longer than that you would need to buy a different code. Try to log in and see what happens. We use mathzone. We stopped using mymath lab due to all the issues with the program. What browser are you using? Try a different browser.
