ACT registration question. Is Computer Programming/ Internet Lit a Computer Science class?

I need to know for filling out my ACT registration, it is due tomorrow. The class taught in depth programming in Visual Basic and did an in depth unit on HTML.
Also, is Personal Finance considered an Economics or Consumer Economics class?
The first question, I would say no. CS courses are pretty rigid across the board (all colleges). They go by the ACM guideline. If the name of that class was Computer Programming / Internet literature, then no.
The second question, not sure. Depends on school. I would guess Economics.
